Building Professionals Quality Institute (BPQI) has developed, managed and administered Quality Assurance Programs for Building Envelope and Energy Efficient Products for over 30 years.
As the first accredited certification body in Canada to the ISO 17024 Conformity assessment — General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons, BPQI has the most experience and expertise in providing Quality Assurance services for trade associations and manufacturers of sprayed polyurethane foam products.
BPQI is also the ONLY accredited certification body in Canada that is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the most rigorous accreditation program on the market.
Since the late 1980’s, BPQI has been instrumental in creating standards for the sprayed polyurethane foam industry and has been intimately involved in the changes and have a good understanding of the history of the industry over the past 30 years. We offer full Quality Assurance Services right across North America for Sprayed Polyurethane Foam and are the only organization to do so.
There are probably not many situations that we have not dealt with over the past 30 years and have a proven track record of consumer confidence and acceptance by the design professional industry that specifies Spray Polyurethane Foam.
We are also the only Quality Assurance Provider in Canada that provides these services to a multitude of products and technologies including air barriers, EIFS, windows and doors, green residential retrofits, geothermal and energy efficient home energy raters.
